Changing to a healthy life is a common thing, but where should you actually begin? After deciding you want to make a change, the coming step is to believe you can actually do it and come up with a plan.
Identify the worst things or unhealthy habits in your life that you want to change. Also, for each habit come up with the reason you want to change
Hold yourself responsible for making those changes. Dont condemn others or a lack of time for not being suitable to change your bad habits. Just like you would hold a loved one responsible if they made a pledge, make a pledge to yourself.
Remove the negative triggers in your life. However, cancel the account, If social media makes you feel bad about yourself. However, take a break from alcohol, If drinking alcohol makes you crave a cigarette.
